Pretty quick turn around, these guys know what they’re doing. However there are hidden fees that are not shown on the site. Came in for an iPhone screen replacement, the default price of $140 got me a subpar 3rd party screen that has improper touch & 3D Touch sensitivity, uncorrectable Color shift and still-very-bright brightness on dimmest settings. Came in for a second time and had to pay an extra $40 to have an OEM part swapped in.

Also different employees will give you different pricing - my Face ID cable was cracked with the drop, the technician I spoke to several times told me that they were able to repair the crack, and be happy to just put it back in when I drop by next time free of charge. However when I showed up, a different person told me on the spot that they will charge an extra $20 to put it back. I’m glad I got it repaired, but wasn’t thrilled that I got told a different story on the spot.

Overall had to pay $200 cash to get an iPhone XS screen replaced, Face ID cable repaired, and had to do so over 4 separate...

Today 02/22/25, was our first time in this store. My husband's cell phone had battery issues. I charged his cell phone three times in a 24 hour and the battery did not retain the charge. We went into Cell Phone Repair Ctr and Mark fixed the issue for us. The process was fast and seamless. The price to replace and install the cell phone battery was very reasonable. This will be our go to place for all our cell phone and tablet needs.

Update - Today 05/18/25, my tablet didn't turn on. I took my tablet to Cell Phone Repair Ctr. They diagnose that my tablet had a bad connection and repaired the problem. They didn't charge me for the service. This place is honest and they do a good job. I will definitely recommend them to all my family...

To be honest I was skeptical dropping my iPad off to get the screen replaced when I knew I could do it myself. However the people here were so nice, so quick, and so inexpensive I'm very happy I built up the courage to take it in. What I waited months to get fixed took them only a couple of hours even with other customer's products ahead of mine in line. They even gave me a quick quote on some other repairs for my iPhones and didn't try to pressure me into making the repairs right then like some shops will do.
