Fiona is a liar and a cheat. She booked a trip for my mom and her friends to visit China and Southeast Asia and was responsible for applying for their visa. When my mom was not allowed to enter Cambodia she had to book an emergency return flight back and Fiona refuses to refund the remainder of the trip that my mom lost out on. Furthermore, she denied asking for any passports and says she “never asks for passports when book.” I find this blatant lying as a major red flag for this agency. When has anyone ever booked an international flight without passport information let alone apply for a visa? DO NOT do business with Fei Yang Travel and especially with Fiona. Check Yelp for additional information and poor reviews...
