What can I say? Patrick is a real G. He's extremely personable and efficient. Everything my partner and I bought from him has exceeded our expectations because his passion and expertise shine through. He also refurbished (or should I say rehab'd) a set of chairs and dining table at a reasonable cost and they came out freakin' great. Even my Mom's asked for his info - and she's a tough one to please (she's also a realtor). We've bought furniture from multiple vintage shops in Los Angeles and this is easily the best we've come across. Patrick did a beautiful job restoring an art file cabinet for me -- I received a completely unique piece for my workroom that can now store pieces of art that had literally been sitting on the floor gathering dust for years. So pleased to have such a lovely showpiece in my home. Patrick was very friendly, timely, and addressed all my questions/concerns.
