LA Car Wrap — Local services in Los Angeles

I’m not quite how to express my experience, other than to say I am quite disappointed with their customer service, or lack thereof. Prior to visiting LA Carwrap, I spoke with Mayling over the phone to discuss my design and to see if this is something they could do. I’m not quite sure what role this Mayling, plays, as she continue to express she has “designers” working on the project of the specs and measurements you provided. I found myself continuously phoning the business to get an expectation of when may see some layout of my concept. When I was shown some specs - they were all incorrect, as nothing was what we had discussed. In short, tread carefully here. Simply AMAZING!

We took one of our work trucks to get wrapped and this was our first time there. Mayling whom i believe is the co-owner was very patient with us to get the design just right! She worked with us back and forth adding and removing things.. She made sure we were happy with the final result.

Fast Forwarding to the day of the wrap. It was said to take 2 days and sure enough they had it done by mid day, the second day. When we went to pick it up we couldn't believe how good and clean it looked. They did an AMAZING JOB!!! We will be returning for our other company trucks!
