There is a lot to cover in regards to this particular property. I've stayed at many, many hotels and I haven't quite experienced such unprofessionalism. Though, I have to give a particular employee their props. He goes by Vince, and if it weren’t for him, we most likely would not have spent more than a day in this hotel. His customer service and hospitality is impeccable. If you happen to stay here, ask for him. He will make your stay as comfortable as possible. When it comes to the rooms, you get what you pay for. The rooms are a decent size, though they come without a fridge and microwave. I notice that there would always be a build up of mold in the bathroom, though a grout brush and fabuloso took care of that. Now, the property is undergoing construction, but it’s really not too loud so that’s not a problem at all. The problems come in when my boyfriend was continuously finding nails in his tires from the construction that the workers failed to clean up. He ended up spending over $1000 to fix his tires. There are lots of families here, it would be a shame if a child were to mistakenly step on one of those nails. On the same note of construction, the workers turn the water off, WITHOUT NOTICE, for hours at a time. This happened multiple times, for a couple weeks. I wouldn’t have a problem if we were given a heads up, but I’m sure you can feel how frustrated I was when I had just put conditioner in my hair, soaped up, and right as I was about to rinse off, the water goes off. It’s simply unprofessional to not send an email or call to notify hotel guests that a vital utility wouldn’t be in use. The owner told us that the water pipe had bursted, causing the water to turn off. I just find it hard to believe that the water pipes exploded every other day for 2 weeks and were fixed within 5 hours. I would rather the owner just be open and honest and apologize for their mistake in not notifying us instead of making up such an unbelievable lie. Also, they have a fruit fly infestation, they’re everywhere!!! It’s disgusting. There was a lot more going on at this motel but I think the best way to sum up this review is, you get what...
Read moreThis place is lovely! Real friendly and helpful staff. Public computers/work station available in the lobby. Daily breakfast and laundry services are available as well. My single king room was on the third floor in front of the elevator which was convenient for all my luggage. Just a few steps to the right there's a nice little seated area with decent views on both sides, it has an upscale feel to it. I loved my room. The bed was the focal point of the room. Truly the most beautiful bed I've had at any hotel so far lol. I was stunned! It was definitely a "king" room. All the furniture is updated and stylish. The nightstand matched the bed with its wood carved design. Beautiful laminate wood like flooring. The room had a "leather" futon as well and it can be made into another bed if needed be. Not only did all rooms have free WiFi, but each room had their own private routers with super fast 130 mbps Internet speed! A spacious closet provided an iron/board, a bolted down safe, and a hamper. A fridge was included but no microwave unfortunately. The shower was beautifully updated and large. Lots of options for light with lamps and skylights. I was really impressed with this room especially at such a great price. I...

My friend stayed at the Ambassador for a while and I picked her up a few times. My knowledge of this establishment is primarily based on the parking lot.. Not good.
Since beauty takes time, I watched the folks who come and go, the hardworking staff, and the police who respond to the incidences which happen here.
If you want to fit in with that guy who jumps out of his room every time a car arrives, the dude who rides a bicycle through the window, those two guys fighting about who should go home, or that graveyard shift employee who looks like she needs to quit, check in quick.
My friend says the family who runs the joint is awesome. Hardworking. Honest. Good people.
