Spoke to the owner on the phone through his Instagram phone number . And I didn’t receive a response via email so I called him. He mention that he was sorry but what was the big deal. Receiving a phone call in the middle of the night and the owner didn’t even care. Really disappointed on customer service . I expected him to be apologetic and move on but he continued stating “what’s the big deal?
