Receiving a phone call in the middle of the night and the owner didn’t even care. Really disappointed on customer service . I expected him to be apologetic and move on but he continued stating “what’s the big deal? This is an amazing gallery with so many unique exhibits. I could tell that the owner takes care to make the experience top notch and so knowledgeable about the subject matter and photography in general. Such pride and thoughtfulness goes into everything they do. I have all my framing done at their shop and I fell safe and confident that it will be done properly and the quality is excellent.
