I’m big on customer service. Went in looking for some Quip gear. One girl working, we made eye contact when I came in. She was helping a nice lady and her daughter. All good. So I proceeded to look for something and tried a few things on. She never stopped to say anything to me. The nice lady mentioned how there were so many cute things and I said something to effect of not being able to find my size. She said something to the young lady about inventory and she told her that everything was on the floor. All good. So the nice lady and her daughter left the store and the sales associate begin talking with another sales associate that came out. She never once asked if I needed help or if I was finding everything okay. Nothing, absolutely NOT ONE WORD from either one of them. I ordered on behalf of the company I work for. We ordered roughly 200+ pieces of apparel that covered shirts, pocket shirts, crewnecks and hoodies, and varying in all sizes. I was impressed because not only was the staff immensely helpful and friendly when I placed the order, but I was also offered a tour!

The pricing is second to none, the quality of the apparel is actually way better than I anticipated and the order took less than 4 days to be completed!

When I picked up the order (they offered to deliver when there was a chance I couldn't fit it all into my car) it was sorted perfectly, by product, than by color and furthermore, by size, making it extremely easy for me.

Every facet of our experience with Evil Lizard has been positive. Our campground has been using their services for silkscreening T-shirts and embroidering hats, hoodies, & jackets for about 10 years now. The quality has never disappointed. I have lots of their Ts.

Only recently have my bride and I been volunteering to pick up merchandise from them, but it’s been eye-opening. This is a top-notch operation, functioning on all cylinders. The owner, Deena (Dina?), gently insisted on giving us a tour of the operations, and, wow. There’s high tech machinery and an impressive amount of employees to run them. She’s obviously very proud to show off the place, and not without reason. We highly recommend.
