My granddaughter and her boyfriend moved into a one bedroom apartment in August 2024. They were disillusioned by the amenities and the idea of a place of their own. The first time I visited I was overwhelmed by the smell of sewer. The building sits on the river near the old sewer plant . The building is an old factory converted into apartments. My granddaughter has been sick since she moved into this building. She has had to see many specialists and is now going to Boston general hospital for testing due to mold and some sort of dust exposure. They attempted to get out of their lease and the management charged them $6,000 plus they had to stay and pay rent for 60 days. Thankfully their nightmare will be over soon and they will be back in a safe healthy environment. Management should not bother to respond to this as I have read your responses to the other comments and you don’t know the meaning of honesty . Any other tenants reading this who have experienced health issues after moving into these apartments are encouraged to seek legal representation. If you do choose to rent here GOOD LUCK, your going to...
Read moreFor 2 years I’ve been searching for an apartment, in a safe place, away from the highways and noise, but close enough to everything you would need for shopping/eating out/healthcare and alike - that was clean, quiet, w/nice amenities and community feel, but w/space and privacy so you are not right on top of your neighbors that was also pet friendly and affordable - where I could see the trees and maybe the water - yes a huge wish list - and it wasn’t until I toured 25 Canal Street in Allenstown, NH that I felt a sense of total peace! It’s utopia here and a glorious renovated Mill building like no other. It’s also a fun place to live for “all ages” - w/a glorious roof deck/game & theatre room/community room/library/golf tee/in-hse secure mail & package pickup rooms/storage units if needed/in-unit washer & dryers/plenty of parking w/a very well lit lots/glorious hardwood floors, etc…not to mention the ENTIRE Brady Sullivan staff here are truly one of the most responsive, respectful and supportive management professionals I’ve worked with in a...
Read moreTerrible, I do not recommend moving here unless you want to be called very other day about something new or not having things you need fixed. They were supposed to finish the building in September of 2023 and it was finished in July of 2023 instead. I’ve lived here for just under two years. One of the lady’s in the lease office was just so rude to me and would not help me out when needed. I have placed numerous work orders for Leaking ceilings, pieces of ceiling falling, mold and mildew smell in the bathroom (I was told it was “new pipes” everytime and gotten very sick from it. While being pregnant) broken microwave, broken garbage disposal, outlets that are not connected to anything (checked by an electrician) cracks and holes in the walls from when I first moved in, I was told to take pictures of and it will be fixed. Nothing was done. The cabinets are very loose and falling apart. They prioritize leasing problems over...
