Community Action Program — Local services in Pembroke

Not many recent reviews as few people go here anymore. I don't understand why this Community Action site is so different from other counties. They never have anything. You're allowed 4 different kinds of Drake's cakes which are so far past expiration,they fall apart in your hand and have NO nutritional value. Rarely any meat unless it is strongly seasoned shredded pork; unhealthy and many cannot eat. Canned foods from Food Club have the highest salt content. Rockingham county gives fruit/veggies and meat. Can't go there if you don't live in their county. Merrimack county is pitiful and makes you feel bad just for going there. Rarely any meat, veggies or healthy food. Lady who is at front desk is not welcoming at all. She tends to favor who she speaks too there have been a handful of times that I didn't receive a greeting when I arrived let alone eye contact.
