I rescued 2 bunnies recently. I wasn't planning on getting bunnies that day but noticed them at the front of the store as I was checking out. Long story short I called later that day to see if they were still available and they were, so I returned. When I arrived I now noticed that there was a 3rd rabbit in the cage with the original 2 that I had seen earlier. So for starters these rabbits were altogether in the same small cage. One of them has some severe healing bite marks from being abused by the other rabbit(s). They should have been kept in separate cages. Another thing was I was not told about them having fleas until I was purchasing them. When asked if they had been treated I was told they weren't. So I was taken to the back of the store to buy flea treatment. They should have been treated as soon as the fleas were discovered (they informed me that they observed the fleas the day prior). I only got 2 of them but unless the 3rd bunny has been treated he/she probably has fleas being around the others. Staff needs to be educated on rabbit care/handling before selling rabbits to people. I've cared for rabbits for almost 9 years and these were huge red flags for me. Just thought I'd share...

It's a very long story so I'll leave th basics. On april 20 we bought a new zero turn mower and a bagger to go with it. First they sold the tractor we bought then had to wait over a month for one to come in. When we got sick of waited for a call we called them. They never ordered it and gave us an older dirty one off the lot that didnt even have the motor we ordered. What ever at least we finally got one. Then the bagger was never ordered so that was almost 3 months before we got it! Now we are still going back and forth because they have us a returned bagger that has multiple same parts so we cant use it! None of the managers communicate with each other so we have to call every week because none of them are doing anything! We will be going up Tomorrow! This has been al.ost 5 months of problems!!!! Never ever will I buy anything from there again and I definitely do NOT...

I am really disappointed. I have been shopping here for years. I saw a chicken on its belly in the chicken container. I picked it up, still over the tank so I didn't draw a bunch of attention to it. I have worked around animals my entire life so I know it can look bad for a place if the sick animal isn't the stores fault.. A worker came up to me and RIPPED this baby chicken out of my hands and immediately gave me an attitude! Told me it wasn't their fault, they just came in the mail, every excuse possible.. I understand stuff happens when shipping animals.. but she tried shoving the chick into her pocket. I am knowledgeable with animals and was just concerned but this worker was disgusting. She had no customer service skills, care or compassion for me as a concerned customer. At least pretend. Will not be spending my money here after...
