KFC — Restaurant in Alliance

I visit this location fairly often. Never a bad experience. The employees are always polite and helpful. Especially the management. The store manager has put in a lot of effort to make positive changes and make a welcoming atmosphere. Seemingly small things like decorating for the holidays or simply smiling at a customer can make a big difference in someone's mood when you walk into an establishment. The wait times can get long sometimes but I think that's to be expected at any fast food establishment these days. The employees are working their hardest to complete every customer order.. Orders inside, orders through drive through and orders online. Patience is a virtue people! And let's not forget that kindness is...

Food was ok but the service was terrible. Waited at the speaker for over 30 sec without a greeting. When I finally said something the person answered actually abruptly "Go ahead when you're ready". I could tell the man was very distracted and my passenger had to repeat the same thing 4 times for him to get it. When we arrived at the window the gentleman at the window (not the one taking my order) was actually working hard. However I could see everyone else was standing around talking including the person who took my order. They have definitely improved from a few years back. You can definitely tell that the people that work there are doing their best to provide quality now. (In contrast before I ordered a 20 piece bucket meal and got home to find only 4 pieces in the bucket). The only issue I've found now is that it seems that the staff count is low. By that I mean that the staff they have is awesome and maybe adding a few more would assist with the speed of getting orders out a little bit faster.
