La Fresa Express — Restaurant in Alliance

It was our first time here today. Place is very tiny and easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. We had hopes to dine in, but there was only a small table with a few chairs so we decided to go eat our food at a local park. We both got the burrito and thought it was really good. My only major complaint is that they need to give better plastic silverware with take out orders. Our plastic knife and forks were so thin and wobbly, we couldn't cut our food up. No biggie though. The horchata is incredible. I got the regular and she got the coconut flavored. Both were amazing. If you've never had horchata, i highly recommend trying it. It's a sweetv drink made with rice water, condensed milk, and cinnamon. It's so good. Overall i really like this place and we will be back. The owner even let my daughter have some free candy. Hopefully one day they can expand enough to fit a few more tables and chairs to make dining in more...

One of the only true Taquerias I’ve found in NE Ohio. Being from Northern California I could throw a rock and hit an amazing Taqueria back home. This place scratches the itch when I need some good Mexican food. I saw the pictures of the tacos on their reviews and immediately knew they were legit. A real taco is just meat, onion, cilantro, salsa, and squeezed lime 👌 I tried the pastor and carne asada tacos and I liked the pastor better and liked how they served it with little chunks of pineapple.

I also tried a chicken burrito and it was wrapped in foil (as it should be!) and absolutely delicious. I never see any place out here that doesn’t try to serve a burrito on a plate and cover it with cheese and lettuce.

You will never find the flavor, variety or service you get at La Fresa in a chain restaurant. I had the queso with chorizo, three tacos (chorizo, chicken and steak) and the cucumber lime flavored water. Everything tasted amazing and the red and green salsa was delicious! Every question I had was answered thoroughly and with a smile. Before you think about going to Taco Bell, redirect your course and pull straight into La Fresa. These are wonderful, hardworking members of our community and they’re onto something truly special. I will be back and I encourage everyone reading to go too....
