Walgreens — Local services in Alliance

I understand problems can happen, but my experience with this Walgreens has always been stellar. I just came back from Gun Barrel Texas where I had to use a CVS. OH! Lord Jesus! Those folks need to come to this store for some training. These people always seem to be on their toes, and bend over backwards to work with the insurance company to get it ran through. When I got back from Texas I came here for some medicine right away. After the way I was treated at that CVS, I will say it made me want to thank each and every person that works here. When my prescription at the TX CVS wouldn’t go thru they just shrugged their shoulders and said you have to pay. This store says, let me get you to someone who can see why. Avoid this Walgreens if you can!! My mother gets her prescription of Oxycodone filled here and she always seemed to run short of her medication so I decided to count the pills right after being filled and sure enough she was shorted 10 pills. I called the pharmacist and he tried to confuse us by blaming her doctor and not addressing the shorted pills. Someone there has been stealing her medication which, on the street can cost a lot, but this Walgreens has decided to cover its butt. If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would do THAT. Where do I even begin. THREE times I have tried to get this ridiculous pharmacy to transfer my prescription out of the PRICE GOUGING hands if this place. Now here I stand in line for 30 MINUTES just to speak with someone about changing this for the FOURTH time. I have never been so disappointed with a pharmacy in my life and I'm working on 50 😐 Don't waste your time. Go to Meijer or even Walmart at this point.
