First time to this location. They got our order, but it was one server to a table of 30 people. I barely saw help from our server. There should have been two servers assigned .... The manager yelled at the server for not doing her job when one of our team parents asked for the food to be served to the kids as we had to leave for our baseball game as we were there for over an hour. The manager couldn't own up to her errors and took it out on our server as she was crying and apologizing to us. Especially when one of the team Mom's asked why wasn't she provided with help and all the manager can do is state it was the servers fault 😔. When I paid, I was comforting the server and another manager or assistant manager was telling me they were short staffed....but what I couldn't understand is that they took on the party of 30. As the host or assistant manager who sat us down should have let us know. We could have gone to other restaurants in the area. Were they greedy for the sales??? Manager needs more training... Don't get the Cole slaw, they just mix a ton of Cole slaw sauce to a bag of mixed Cole slaw bag when ordered. Each bite was like eating the sauce directly. If you have a large party, please ask them if they can handle it and if you can get out by a certain time. I haven't been to any franchise of this restaurant where food actually comes out...

The fact that when I walked in and said I wanted to sit on the patio, I said oh tell so and so on your way through ( naming some name...) and then walking away before I could ask them to tell me the name again. Or the fact that when I got to the patio and there were two people working out here and three people supervising, one of the people supervising was the manager. While they were watching the one guy tried to fix the TV and the other guy held the ladder, I sat out here for 10 minutes without being waited on with a manager out here, completely aware of the fact, and he did not take care of me or see why I did not have a waiter or waitress. After dinner I ordered a piece of chocolate cake that was supposed to come with ice cream. The cake came from the kitchen with no ice cream. I would blame my waiter for this, but the entire time that I have been here seems as though the other employees including the manager had been setting up my waiter to fail. I am not impressed, not at all. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this Buffalo Wild Wings Bar and Grill, although I love Buffalo Wild Wings! I guess I'm going to have to wait until I go back to Florida, and I can go to a Buffalo Wild Wings & Grill that is actually concerned about taking care of...
Read moreWorst experience I have had in, dunno, maybe almost 50 years. I took my son here, we were seated immediately. I thought to myself, this should be a good night. Those thoughts were ruined within the first 10 minutes of seating. It took our waitress, Megan, forever just to take our drink order (consisting of non alcoholic beverages) and then another forever to serve them. I don't know how long before we actually placed our order but I do know we sat for an hour waiting for our food. By the time the food came out it was cold and we had to take it to go as it was too late to dine in. Our bill came to $68 for a child and one adult and I ended up throwing away $65 worth of food because it just was too disgusting to eat by the time we got home. Our server even came up to our table after waiting for 45 minutes and said your order is up next. It still took another 20 minutes to get it after that. Refills were not done unless ask and then never mind the wait time for a refill. I should add that the place was NOT busy. Worst service, worst food and most expensive bill ever. I will never return to this place again and I do...
