Levi’s Outlet Store — Local services in Alpine

I dont leave reviews- ever, but their client service was nothing less than exceptional I was well taken care of throughout my time in the store (4pm and left at 6:30pm on a Friday). I had the pleasure of speaking with Daniel and Angelica, they both are knowledgeable of every product, thorough explainers of how to care for my items and wonderful people overall.

Im a picky person when it comes to clothes and Daniel was so attentive to my concerns, he was patient enough to adjust sizes while I was trying on other styles, checked in their inventory for similar styles, and even shared with me his advice for my future purchases and looks I can achieve with certain pieces- a gem! 😊

I left the store with detailed instructions on how to care for the jeans- Angelica and I had similar taste in styles so she made sure that I understood exactly what kind of pieces I was leaving with, it just felt like I purchased a new handbag mind you I purchased 15 items with out intending to- thats how much ease the entire experience brought me I hope they receive a raise/bonus for their work (and not just a sticker!!) I'll definitely be back just for them !...

They killed customer's experience (and definetly not in the good way). After I just found my size (first time at Levi's), I was looking for a model in the Clearance section. I asked the seller for my size/model, she told me that she don't know, and that I'll have to look closer. And then she turned back to talk with her collegue. She was just by my side, while I was struggling, taking every jeans' stack to look at every size (jeans were not stored by size nor model obviously...). To conclude, no help from the sellers, neither at finding what we wanted or at making sure we were all good, while we were the only family in the store. Very...

Helpful employees, limited selection.

They only carry a few examples of Levi's jeans (no boot cut at all) but they have the classic 501s in raw or prewashed (which is what I was looking for). The employee are friendly and helped me with sizing and offered any assistance I required.

Good prices and a clean store with a large fitting area. I'm guessing they get busy but on a Friday morning it was not bad at all.

I'll shop here again if I need 501s.

They also have hats, shirts, belts, wallets, socks and even Levi's underwear (no it's not Denim 😀) but once again the selection is a little limited.
