The Cafe — Restaurant in California

Friendly staff. Checked with me often, without seeming pushy, to ask how I was doing or if I needed anything. The fish tacos I ordered were delivered very quickly and piping hot. They were good, not great, and came with blue tortilla chips and hot sauce. My friend had the prime rib sliders (3) accompanied with lots of fries! We both thought they were delicious! Hasbrowns were burnt on multiple plates. My drink never got refiled. My chicken tenders were hard. Despite the waitress hearing us comment on the food, she never once asked if everything was okay or offer to resolve the issues. She offered to bring my grandfather more coffee and then didn't. Apathy at it's best. I'm not sure how the chef let half our food out of the kitchen. We use to come up here weekly, but life kept us away for a few weeks. Looks like we'll be finding a new place...

Absolutely a joke of service no one was at the front to greet you and take you to your seat right away and after we got seated I took over 15 min to get service and after that it took over 15 min to get our drinks and 30 min to get our starter they messed up 3 out of 4 dinners and didn’t even do anything about it absolutely...
