Albion Basin is such a beautiful place to visit with family. The wildflowers are just to die for! Especially at the end of July when they are in full bloom. When there is an early ski season and the snow melts quickly your best bet is around the second week in July. Stay on the trails as there are moose and you want to avoid them at all costs.
Update** There is a new $6 "amenity" fee to drive your car up to the Sunnyside Parking/Catherine's Pass Trailhead. The road is still the same really bumpy road and there is not very much parking. I'm not sure what the fee is going towards. ...
