Ben gave me a price of $800 to redo an Airstream couch. Then when it was done he told me it was now $1500 to get my couch back, but it looked and felt very nice so I paid him even though I felt cheated. It initially was very nice, and looked great but the faux leather vinyl he used got hard, split and cracked in 18 months despite being stored in a cool and dark place. It was not exposed to sunlight or any chemicals. It didn’t have anything spilled on it. It was barely used. Ben refused to honor the warranty he promised me and would not repair or replace the work he did. The man is a liar and a cheater, he is a fraud. If I could put ZERO stars on this review I would, actually negative stars cause I ended up with a couch in worse condition then when I started! The original 20 year old Airstream couch fabric was in excellent condition (I just didn’t like the fabric pattern). I even paid him for new couch foam, but discovered later when taking it back apart a second time that he hadn’t replaced the original foam either. Do not do business here, do not trust Ben no matter what he says, do NOT do business with Foxy Stitches...

Seems like a very nice guy and the work done on OTHER people's items was very, very good. Unfortunately, I dropped a chair off in February and was promised it would by done by Mid March. Went down to check on April 17th and the chair still wasn't done and was stuffed into a back corner of the shop. Quite a bit of other work had come in and been placed ahead of it. I picked the chair up and went home. Pretty disappointed as the guy does...

I will never go anywhere else! Fast, quality and such a nice guy! Totally geeked out with all the options and done way faster then expected. My new massage table will likely outlast my career foam can handle over one million compressions! Only the best for my clients, already looking around on what else I can hire him to do. Careful quality of products may encourage addictive...
