We were in need of a replacement refrigerator urgently after returning from a trip to our previous one no longer working. In-store and phone customer service was top notch, selection was great, appliances were clean, and best of all, we got a fantastic price on our refrigerator! They offer a short term warranty and also deliver, they even brought it inside for us. The owner and lovely woman in store took a lot of the stress and hassle out of this process for us. I bought a washer and dryer set from KTown and it was delivered and set up. I used it once and the dryer took a poo.... I called the store and after doing some checking, like if the vent was blocked etc they had me come down and pick out another unit. I had the new unit delivered and they removed the other one.
