I was told Liz was great...not so much. When I walked in for my appointment, she said hi and immediately walked me to the area to shampoo my hair. I attempted ask her if she wanted to discuss what I wanted and she did not reply but sat me down in the chair and shampooed my hair. Once back at her station I told her I wanted a “trim” and no more than ¼ inch because it didn’t take much to make my already short hair (just long enough to go behind my ears) look as though it had been cut. She laughed and asked why did that matter. First mistake on my part, I should have stopped her at that point and walked away. I showed some pictures and she began cutting my hair. Once my hair was dry, she started cutting into my hair from all sides and angles and I questioned what she was doing. She stated she didn’t cut hair like everyone else…which is absolutely true…and said she was placing a “small stack cut” in the back. Second red flag that I ignored but looking back it was too late because the damage was done. By the time she was done, I had layers in my hair, which I had not asked for. My hair was basically one length but when I entered the salon and she commented on how thick it was, sadly she had cut layers in my hair and it was so short in the back I can’t get the smallest roll brush around the hair. It’s not thick any longer! It will take me 6-8 weeks before my hair is even long enough to consider any type of trim. NEVER GO TO THIS PERSON. This is the 3rd time my hair has been butchered by this salon…3 different hair stylists. I will never go to this...

I recommend for anyone to be very careful choosing this salon and especially while being scheduled with which or whoever stylist. That’s in order to make sure that you don’t get told that ‘YOU DON’T FIT IN THAT SALON SINCE THIS SPECIFIC STYLIST SAID SO.’ That just since you weren’t completely satisfied with the service. And so that the stylist doesn’t ban you from the whole salon because we had a disagreement this time and I wasn’t happy with how dark my hair color was and how too blonde and then too faded the color of the highlights ended being!! And that happened last month after more than ‘15 years seeing that same stylist’ and I always appreciated what she did for me!!! And to my greatest surprise salon management accepted her decision to forbid clients from seeing other stylists in the salon because of the FIT!! And what did she mean by FIT after all those years?!! In this day and time are there salons and businesses performing in this manner? Yet in spite of what she asked the receptionist to tell me about the FIT, I chose to keep her...
