We had Todd fix our blue screen of death. We tried everything we could and could not figure anything out. When we took it to him, he said $35 for diagnosis. After 2 days of working on it, he gave us constant updates and let us know where he was in the process. He found our CPU had died, and even looked up some cheap replacements. We decided to buy our own and upgrade, and he installed it without any problems. After all of that trouble shooting he still tried to charge us only $35 for diagnosis. We tipped him very well because we felt his time was worth so much more than he asked for. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I won't take my computer products anywhere else. I took a 7 year old (high end) PC that suddenly stopped booting up. The man who worked on it would contact me periodically to keep me posted on the issues he was finding and what steps he was taking to resolve. I really appreciated that he bothered to keep me informed. He did in fact resolve the issue, and with quite a bit of effort on his part. Researching, ordering parts, re-ordering parts, etc., and trouble shooting. To replace the PC new would have cost me about $3500. He repaired it for less than $400, parts and labor. I'm giving a 5 star review because this company deserves...
