So we are visiting from Norman for Quartz and the Days Inn person recommended this place . It did not disappoint ! We had breakfast , and my husband asked which was better: huecos rancheros or chorizo and eggs and without hesitation she said “chorizo!” So he got the huecos con chorizo plate with fried potatoes instead of rice (highly recommend that substitution). The Pottstown were fried not to soft not too hard and were delicious. The chorizo and eggs were so good I was convinced they made their own chorizo , which they don’t , but they just have a good supplier bc it was excellent ! (Didn’t taste like the cheap stuff). I had 2 breakfast tacos , chorizo egg (added cheese) and potato and egg (added cheese) and they were delicious . Brought plenty of fresh limes for my water , fixed us up to go waters , staff was delightful. Everyone spoke English well which is a plus. Locals keep going to this place ! Oh, of note , there isn’t a sign outside so my husband passed it once and had to turn around . Don’t let that keep you from finding it.

Ordered a chicken enchilada plate specifically said “no beans double rice” for my gf that’s allergic to beans went home just to see y’all nearly filled the whole plate with beans , y’all coulda atleast put it in the thing it was supposed to go in but nope I guess y’all was in a rush with the whole 4 people that were in your restaurant so I called the place to order it again “double rice no beans” and what do they do ? The same thing . I don’t get it ? Is the person that answered the phone deaf ? Y’all lazy ? What’s going on ?

What an amazing spot to find! Food was great didn’t think I would find something as good here in Oklahoma. ( not talking down on Oklahoma ) but this is what I live for. Service was friendly, kind and always on top of everything. Good was good
salsas were not that bad. The limonada had me from the beginning. All in all it was definitely a good decision to stop by. Beautiful place amazing service.

The décor and food is authentic and I enjoy it. They serve Coca Cola products in glass bottles and have horchata (a drink made from rice, water, sugar, and cinnamon) which is a drink that I love being from California where Mexican restaurants always have it. Their chips are made fresh and come with red or green sauce which is really good. It is always very busy during lunch time with regular customers whom include; attorneys, judges, local vets, nurses, police officers, military personnel, farm workers, and basically anyone else you can think of. My favorite Item on the menu is the Carne Asada Torta which is a sandwich on a toasted bolio bread with steak, beans avocado, cream, lettuce, and tomato (I usually request no lettuce or tomato and add cilantro and onions). Prices are reasonable and I would suggest this restaurant to anybody looking for tasty authentic...

PLEASE EAT HERE! I got the taco plate with lengua and carne asada. Then i got a quesadilla with chicken, and chicken tenders and fries for my kids. It was DELICIOUS. I am so glad i was able to find this spot. I just spent some time in Los Angeles where i grew up, and was kind of nervous, but the food was pretty good. I made sure i tried their green salsa on the tacos 😍. My kids loved their meals as well!!

The only thing i would like is for the salsa that comes with the chips..... to be better. That was some standard lame mexican restaraunt salsa. I am partial to tomatillo salsas, but I'm sure that could be done better.

Overall the atmosphere and food were perfect, and the customer service was awesome. They were helpful with my kids and making sure i was situated...
