Sugar Wave — Local services in Alys Beach

So, prices here are way beyond normal. Definitely capitalizing on the tourist market. Where this becomes a problem is when kids are there shopping and the prices aren’t clear. Goodr sunglasses are $25 on their website and EVERYWHERE else on the planet. When I went back and asked why my son was charged $40, the cashier, Brian was rude and obnoxiously sarcastic. He said the Goodr sunglasses ‘start at $25. Not every pair is $25’. I asked where it said that and he smartly replied ‘they start at $25’. He siad they allowed no returns or refunds. Absolutely not a good experience at this location. Poor Customer service and attention from the person at the cashier with the glasses , screaming at the kids for touching toys and reacting very rude and aggressive towards the kids and adults.
