Dropped off the TV for a warranty repair (I didn't get to choose who repaired it) and wasn't able to get an estimate on the time required to fix the TV. After about 15 minutes of talking to the guy, he finally said about 2 weeks give or take. 3 weeks later still haven't heard anything so I called to figure out what the status was. They tell me they had just diagnosed what the problem was and were waiting for an update from the manufacturer. 3 weeks just for a diagnose??? I came in requesting a TV power supply circuit board repair the woman in the front won’t even look at the board I had, she wanted me to bring in the TV and replace all the parts such as the x, y and logic board even when I mentioned all I want is a single circuit board repair for some dead capacitors. I guess if they can’t up-sell you unnecessary parts and repairs to pad the bill or if it’s not a simple buy replacement and swap they’ll refuse. I took a 70 inch flat screen in for them to fix. The picture was not showing, screen was black. They told me that it would be to much to fix...like 2 or 3 thousand and to go ahead and buy another one for a cheaper price. They asked if I wanted them to dispose of tv, I told them I would come retrieve the tv. I found another tv shop around the way and took it in for the male to look at it.
