Dropped off the TV for a warranty repair (I didn't get to choose who repaired it) and wasn't able to get an estimate on the time required to fix the TV. After about 15 minutes of talking to the guy, he finally said about 2 weeks give or take. 3 weeks later still haven't heard anything so I called to figure out what the status was. They tell me they had just diagnosed what the problem was and were waiting for an update from the manufacturer. 3 weeks just for a diagnose???
