I thought they were very rude. I was there trying to but furniture for my children and they said they the kids couldn't get on their furniture because it would get ruined and then they couldn't sell it. As my son was told, don't put your feet on the furniture when the lady next to him has her feet on the foot stool and was laying on their couches with her feet up. Whoever this lady was, either just someone who worked there, the manager or owner, whatever. Try different tactics on how you treat all your customers. My children were next to me and were well behaved. They were the ones who were going to be using this furniture, not me. But the rudeness and their sign of "keep your children's feet on the floor" posted on their wall is so unprofessional. I'll never go back again and I was so ready to spend my money there. I have definitely told others about my experience for sure. It was rude and embarrassing.

This place is a dump. Walking in the door I almost tripped and fell because of the broken tile. Then the place is dingy and smells horrible especially by the back room where a guy with a dog that is malnourished and not looking very safe to be around came out of. I'm not sure what they were doing back there but it did not smell legal . I ask to see a piece of furniture that was listed on marketplace that I messaged about this morning verifying that it was in stock I was told yes and given an address to the location. The guy with the dog says oh we are out of stock on that. After driving 2 hours to get it. The guy tells me oh that is someone in Lubbock so I asked why did they give me this address and he said because the last time that person was in the store it was in stock. So have me drive 2 hours for something they did not verify. Don't do...

Was on the hunt for a resin shed and found one on FB Marketplace that Close out Connection was advertising. Came by when they first opened and had a look. It was not in the original boxes as they had been damaged, but the employees and owner helped me go through the entire packing list to make sure I had every single part. That really stood out to me, in that they would take the time to make sure everything was right. They helped me load it into my truck and were careful. I really appreciated the great price and service. I put the shed together this past weekend and everything was in great shape and no missing parts! I have recommended these folks to several people already, stop by and see...
