Some guy who appears to be the son of the owner or manager came in rn and just started yelling at all the workers for no reason talking about how she called off too much and takes about $10 worth of free drinks per day while his girl was laughing. Bro that’s very unprofessional and makes all the customers feel uncomfortable. If you need to talk to your employees about this stuff, do it in the privacy of a back office or something. Don’t be doing it in front of all the workers and customers. It makes you, your business, and your girl look bad. I don’t normally write reviews about anything but… after getting a notification from HTeaO that I can get a free chapstick when I purchase a drink on my birthday … I thought why not. Drive to the location on Teckla and 45th, go in and purchase a 44oz tea in a styrofoam cup (which costs more since it’s in styrofoam 🙄) go to the check out and ask about my free chapstick the girl tells me that I can only get that if I would have purchased a large tea in a plastic cup. A very nice person helped me out during my first time experiencing HTeaO. Not only will I be back because of the excellent selection of refreshments, but because the wonderful soul that was there for me was an absolute awesome person who cares about their customers and making sure their experience is top notch. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 overall.
