I do not recommend working with Morgan Schutters, one of the realtors at this association.

I recently stayed at one of her rental properties, despite her claim, the property had no hot water and was messy and dirty due to ongoing renovation at the time.

She provided incorrect access and wifi information to me that all made my stay miserable. When I asked her to fix the hot water, she gave me the run-around by saying it's not her job and I should contact someone else, even though she was listed as the only contact person for that property.

She only cares about getting some quick money from you, and kicks the can down the road whenever she gets the chance. In my case she knew I wasn't paying her after the check out date, and revealed her true quality to me in her response the issues of...

Convenient for me since I'm a Realtor. I go here often to check out key boxes for listings and to take them back after they have sold ,have keys made,need signs ,board lunches...

Very helpful, cares about Realtor members and the community. Offers great education classes to keep Realtors up to date and creating well...
