Got what I needed so that's worth 1 star. They were out and about stocking around 130pm. I guess bracing for the last minute holiday rush. So I get it.
My biggest issue was that the other shoppers felt it was necessary to make it all the more inconvenient. Can't blame the store for that. What I can blame the store for is the small group of supervisors/managers that want to be huddled together, completely in the way of the customers.
Having had plenty of bad experiences with United employees at my previous store in Snyder TX, I was hesitant to use United again. But I just moved here and thought, let's try them again. Welp, that was my mistake.
The lady who bagged my things didn't put them back in the cart. She didn't bag my gallon of tea but double bagged by half gallon of milk, go figure. While I was paying, some other bagger walks up to my cart and grabs my son's watch, which had been sitting on top of the cart, and grabs it questioning the lady who was bagging my stuff who it belonged to. I wasn't aware United had a policy of employees being allowed to grab customer's personal property. And then these people have the nerve to address my five year old to not leave it there. Look here Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, if you keep your hands to yourselves AND had put my groceries in the cart, there wouldn't be an issue.
Needless to say I won't be shopping at United anymore. Hate shopping for groceries at Walmart but if that's what I have to do to avoid United employees then so be it.
The other star is for the cashier. At least she was...
Read more"Our team members are dedicated to providing guests with ultimate service experience" should be revised and adjusted in your mission statement. I am so appalled by the continuous mistreatment I feel I recieve when I shop at this location. The amount of money I spend at this store is an absolute contribution to keeping your store productive and I feel nothing short of an unvalued customer. Today is the day I write this after many incidences of not being greeted or acknowledged until the cashier exclaims my $100 shopping order. When I first moved here a couple years ago, the store manager went above and beyond to make every customer feel welcomed and that has changed tremendously, I'm assuming due to the lack of new management. I have lost count of the times that I have not been greeted from your customer service representatives, hence why I will shop anywhere but this location unless absolutely necessary. I live 2 minutes away from this location, but it is worth traveling the extra 10 minutes to feel valued at other stores. I will no longer be accepting of the negligence towards your customers. I would like to view this as discrimination as it has led me to observe that cashiers will only properly greet people that fit a distinct stereotype. The unfortunate part is on your behalf, as you have lost over 6 members of my family that will no longer continue to shop here. *James and many other cashiers should be held accountable for their lack of customer service skills, as that pertains to...
Read moreCurbside grocery pickup needs some work. I had debated whether leaving this since this was last month, but now I feel like I can’t shop here and that’s a problem. I had a 5:30-630 pick up and I waited 45 minutes!!!!! They said “we’ll be right out” 30 minutes passed and I give them a call and my husband got off work and beat them there to pick up my screaming toddler and even managed to talk to someone inside that said they need to contact the pickup manager, which we did and nothing came from it.
When I say screaming, I mean full meltdown for over 30 minutes, that was misery, even I was crying. My child just got out of daycare and NEEDED to eat dinner.
Told the front they said a curbside manager will get back to me… they didn’t. Good service= we will be a few minutes or your order won’t be ready for 45 minutes if you’d like to come back. NO, they ALL brushed this off.
I choose pick up grocery pick up for quick convenience, as many do, and this isn’t the first time I waited an unreasonable amount of time, just the first time I’m speaking up. I could have EASILY gone inside and picked this out myself and then some and that would have prevented my child from screaming his head off as he sat in a chair for almost an hour because we were lied to...
