I wish every location and food place everywhere had their manager! I think he said he was a general manager actually but unfortunately didn't catch his name. We had a big group and lots of requests and my kids are a lot to expose a restaurant (even fast food) to lol. He made sure to come clean a table that I wouldn't have noticed as being dirty, he was patient and polite, him and his other polite staff would check in and conversate with us and my little ones who really liked him, the food was hot and fresh and perfect... ZERO complaints from a group with a fair amount of complainers and it was much needed after we had to travel further due to the one by my house being closed for unforseen circumstances. I hope they respect their general manager (bell and 45th location) as much as he deserves and I hope he climbs the ladder and teaches others to be like him which you could already tell was rubbing off on their younger staff that were great too. That level of work ethic and positive attitude is infectious in a good way and unfortunately rare nowadays. You often get what you pay for but from the restaurant cleanliness to staff to food itself, it didn't feel like minimum wage workers vibes...
Read moreI used the drive thru and was waited on immediately. Service was fast and friendly and my food was hot and tasty. And my order was complete along with the condiments, utensils, and napkins I had requested.
Another trip to Weinerschnitzel...first time I've had a bad experience with them. I got home and part of my order was missing. I call and they say I can comeback for what I didn't get. I called again on my way there and told a young man I was bringing my order back because they messed up and I wanted my did hot. He said no problem as long as I have my receipt. I get there and they didn't want to redo my order. Did I get irate? You bet I did! I spent 33 dollars and I wanted hot food. This woman starts turning it around on me because I took the food and left. Really?? She was a real smart alecky person. The bad thing is the management guy was standing at the drive thru window listening to this, and didn't say a word until the woman starts asking the guys who answered the phone and he said he did. That's when they finally decided to redo my order. I did apologize to them all for my behavior...but not one of them accepted that they screwed...
Read moreThe employees at this store could care less about the customers, they have no general manager and instead have a (maybe) 20 year old in charge that is the highest manager below the owner, they don't care about good service, and if you complain about their lack of customer service, they will roll their eyes, laugh about it, and continue to light the fire. So, do yourself the trouble and DO NOT USE THIS ONE.
*Note - I would just like to point out that after I made my review that all of a sudden, good reviews started popping in right after that. This is also the case for other people have who posted a review that the owner didn't like. You can see the pattern in the reviews and I hope this will encourage people NOT to use this Wienerchnitzel, and that Google will set the review system straight for this business owner that just won't be accountable for her bad business decisions. It's a shame the original owner sold this location to her - It was much better...
