6/3/22 @ 2:30pm - I just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen working today in Grimes!! They are both always a huge help when I go in there. I never know what flavors to get and I am very picky. In my opinion, I think the employees should be allowed to accept tips; for the simple fact that they are a huge help when it comes down to picking a new one - I almost always stick to the same flavor. But more importantly for their customer service in general! They are always very patient with me as I am very indecisive and picky, like I said. So, thank you guys for helping me out with the flavors I picked out today (or I should say, the flavors YOU picked out for me), both being new flavors and taste amazing!! I would have totally tipped you both $$ - that you both very much deserved....

Stopped in tonight to get some juice and to look at some new flavors. I told Megan what flavors I didn't like and asked her about several of the newer juices. She knew what I've had in the past and recommended a few of her favorites. Also asked her a few questions on a new tank. Megan was very knowledgeable and has great customer service. Thank you for the new juice flavor. On the same visit I had Kaylee help me find a new disposable. I seen she had a new one I've never seen. She gave me some great information on that disposable. So I'm trying something new and I like it. Great job Kaylee helping me find something new and having some great info. Thanks to you there is no more guess work. This disposable shows battery power and juice level!

The new floors also...

I usually go in once a month and buy in bulk. Today I went in and had the pleasure of working with Gavin. I was filling up on juice and coils, also trying to find a new mod and he told me about this Vaporesso. I usually know what I want before I walk in the door, but not this time. Gavin explained the features and differences between my current mod (Drag) and the Vaporesso one. I didn't think it was anything significant, but I took his word on the quality and experience this mod would provide. He was not wrong. I found my new mod. He also steered me towards some fantastic juice by Sweet & Sour. Thank you very much Gavin and all of the employees at the Ames shop. Always helpful. Always friendly....
