There is an old lady who works here, who is very rude and rejects valid coupons. I once entered a coupon code when ordering online, but this person refused to give me the pizza at the correct price until I had spent some time arguing with her. Another time when I was in line, the person in front of me had both a coupon and punch card rejected by her, and actually got sent out without his pizza (he didn't bring his wallet since he was supposed to get a free pizza). Even when I physically bring coupons with me this lady is discourteous and rude, and exhibits a "customer is always wrong" posture. My partner showed up to pick up his pizza via contactless pick up (due to a covid exposure) and he waited almost 30 minutes to get his pizza after calling to let them know he was there twice. It was even on his receipt. Lady on the phone was rude and gave him his pizza but made a rude and snide comment about next time he has to come inside. She didn't even have the guts to look him in the eyes because she knew she was in the wrong. His pizza sat there cold and untouched by anyone for the entire 30 minutes he waited. The food is great but the delivery driver was not a good person. He was in a red car and with a good parking spot 2 spots away from the door instead of parking in a regular spot he parked in a handicapped parking spot with no permit for it or anything. It’s unfortunate that people who are able think they can do what they want while those of us who are handicapped struggle. I had to park in the second row.
