I've had a wonderful experience every time I've visited. The staff is friendly and helpful. The variety of products was more than I was expecting. They didn't have something I was looking for, so they offered to order it for me! They have also partnered with local delivery services for ease of ordering. When I had covid, one of the employees offered to personally deliver my kratom order to my house once they could close the store. If all of that isn't dedication to customer satisfaction, I don't know what is. I cannot recommend this...

Best liquor store in Ames. Sonny and Laura are both very helpful with choosing vapes and recommending alcohol. They have a really good selection which is a huge plus, and the place is clean and the staff is helpful and cool. Sonny even helped me to replace a vape that wasn't working properly after I tested it, I'll be back because his customer service is on point....
