7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Ames

Ive debated on writing a review but im going to now. I have to work so hard to get the drinks i asked for. I asked for a peppermint mocha, one girl says they cant make it because they dont have the syrup. I go the next day ask if i can get the same drink and that girl says yes and was confused as to why I wasnt able to get it the day before. On other visit(s) the girls can not tell the difference between iced/hot. I do not mumble, the tablet girls are not ringing up drinks correctly (perhaps its the music blarring that they can't focus with?? I sure as hell can't hardly hear the girls sometimes). Ive visited maybe 6-7x since this location opened and I always have to get the drinks corrected! And lastly this morning I went to use a coupon(which she had to ask another girl how to do). Order 4 drinks, I asked for 2 chocolate milks, a snicker chiller, and a funnel chiller something. Heres what the 2nd girl read to me when i pulled up to her. 2 kids hot chocolates... I said no, i asked for chocolate milk. This girl begins to borderline argue with me that a hot chocolate and chocolate milk were the same damn thing! No, no they are not.. after that she walked to the kitchen and had them correct it and she brought 4 drinks. 2 choc. Milks, the funnel and somehow my other drink is a hot drink??? Once again I did not get my correct drinks! Even after correcting the 2nd girl she still handed me a hot chocolate and one chocolate milk(which is definitely a hot choc milk poured over ice. It has ice in it and it taste like dirty water so they didn't not even correct one drink correctly). My Wasted money, absolutely done at 7brew. I do not have these problems at Burgies, Scooters, McDonald's. You name it. Ive never in any of my visits been able to drive thru, order my drinks, and receive the drinks I...

When I pulled in this morning, the girl who took my order was wearing a bald cap and had a goatee sharpied on her face 😂 She said they dress up when they have promotions.

Pitbull was playing on the speakers while I waited. It was a fun atmosphere.

My husband and I went here today not to long ago and service was mediocre. I have a heart condition and asked for no caffeine twice in my drink and my husband asked again just to double check and we were assured it had no caffeine and we tried the drinks and they BOTH had red bull flavors to them.
