I was lucky enough to spot some rowers really making the most of a lovely day recently, as you can see in this picture. The river itself is such a fantastic, calming place for activities like rowing or kayaking, or simply for unwinding by the water. It's a really important natural gem that gives the city both great places for fun and absolutely gorgeous views. If you're looking to get closer to nature or try out some water sports, I'd definitely suggest checking it out!

I did not know that this trail existed until a few weeks ago. It is very quiet, very peaceful and very under used. You have to check out the dam at the end. You can drive in your car to the dam. You turn off of the route 29 bridge in Phoenixville and drive down to a picnic area.

I was lucky enough to spot some rowers really making the most of a lovely day recently, as you can see in this picture. The river itself is such a fantastic, calming place for activities like rowing or kayaking, or simply for unwinding by the water. It's a really important natural gem that gives the city both great places for fun and absolutely gorgeous views. If you're looking to get closer to nature or try out some water sports, I'd definitely suggest checking it out!

I did not know that this trail existed until a few weeks ago. It is very quiet, very peaceful and very under used. You have to check out the dam at the end. You can drive in your car to the dam. You turn off of the route 29 bridge in Phoenixville and drive down to a picnic area.

peaceful, quiet, and really relaxing. This is that type of place where you just want to come sit back take a load off and enjoy the day. You'll have a lot of people exercising running jogging other people fishing and lots more just coming up and stopping for lunch break or just a break in general to enjoy The View I would definitely recommend this please...

Its a fanastically awesome river that moves water from New York State to the ocean passing such great places as Philadelphia, Reading, Hamburg, Schuylkill Haven, and beautiful I81. Not as magnificent as the Susquehanna River though.

Do not confuse with the Schuylkill highway...that road...
