China V — Restaurant in Amity Township

For people that are from the country, and have not experienced really good Chinese food, it is a step better than average. If you are from the city, and have experienced bangin Chinese food, well, this is not your place. My wife and I just went to China V, had shrimp and lobster sauce, was kind of thin, weak, missing lobster. Did contain krab, and shrimp, but not thick, kind of disappointing when compared to city style. I had their seafood combination. It was ok, definitely not great. Lots and lots of broccoli, good sauce, canned lobster, krab chunks, a couple shrimp. The vegetable spring rolls are really really good though, so if you go there, trust me, get some. Last thing, it is eat in or take-out.....make YOUR decision, but I would be more comfortable to take out, if given a choice. Note: there is about 8seats available.

The people at the restaurant must be the owners, and I am sure that it is not easy to make great food, at reasonable prices, especially with the burden of rent, wages, taxes, and utilities. So, please do not take my review...

We enjoy their food and portions are generous! That being said, they do not have WonTon soup anywhere on their menu,just chicken noodle soup and no beverages listed,&no place to message them to add them to order! They don’t add condiments to your order,and you have to wait till your uberEats driver picks up your order to message them to add this to your order and every time we add wonton soup to order,they don’t give us our pork fried rice! 4 times thus far since January ! I hope they update menu on app or you can call them and they understand that you ordered thru UberEats! And when we stop by and tell them again, no PFRice came in order, they don’t just smile and say SORRY! But no can give u PFRice! Next time, thank you! It is good Chinese and local as well!...

This is the best place in town!!!! The owners run a very clean operation and are always very friendly. I have eaten there as a customer for over 3 years and will drive from birdsboro (which has it's own Chinese food restaurant). I also deliver for this Restaurant for Doordash often. Food is always fresh cooked and order is always correct. 👍👍KEEP UP THE GREAT AND HARD...
