Good Experience. I'm not gonna lie. I was a little bit skeptical after reading all the reviews. When I called the guy on the phone is definitely coming off a little strong, however being one of the few places in the area, I can only imagine how many calls he gets and he just wants to make sure that everybody understands the rules. Their number one rule is to keep everything clean and number two is no glass. After he explained the rules, no problem. There are three room rooms and they are basically first come first serve. The only way to make an actual reservation is if you have a gift card or go put down cash in person. It would be nice if there was someway to book it online as I was driving I was nervous that wasn't gonna have a space. We were able to bring in our own drinks and we paid 40 an hour, +7 dollars extra to light the candles in the room. Water was great. If you are bougie, do not go here. The carpets and everything are a little bit worn and so is the tub in the room but honestly, by the time you understand, the rules get in the room turn the lights off and get in the water. It's just a nice comfortable atmosphere. The tubs are clean. They provide towels. There's also a radio in the room where you can hook up your phone. They provide a complementary ice bucket, which is just a plastic container and a bottle opener. We brought our own ice and beer. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for something different to get out. When we left there, we felt so relaxed and sleepy I didn't even wanna drive home. We will definitely...

This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. My friend (from out of town who was visiting me) and I came to Neptune’s Lagoons together a few weeks ago for the first time expecting a relaxing hot tub session, but instead the owner dominated the entire visit with nonstop talking. He barely let us get a word in, which completely ruined the atmosphere. For a place that markets itself as a relaxation spot, it was anything but. If you value quiet time and personal space, this definitely isn’t the place for you at all. We’ll never ever come back to this place again. When going to a place like this again, here is what our expectations below would look like:

All the rules, guidelines, pricing and everything is posted on the wall as you come in, so that the owner doesn’t take up so much of your time explaining everything and talking at you the whole time.

The place is great, very unique and clean. The man that runs it ruins it for me, he talks sooooo long and he smokes constantly, and even when going out to the restroom you will see him talk to him and smell his smoke. He is nice but has this way of kind of not caring if you want a quiet time or if smoke may bother you. I would 5 star this place if he had a lovely nice quiet assistant that made a better atmosphere and feel of relaxation, but its only him 24/7, and I keep checking reviews hoping to read he hired some help. Also, I would sign the rules and legally follow them instead of listening to him re explain technical rules for 25 min before I get to enter and relax in the space. It feels intrusive on a spa and relaxation to be faced with a chain smoking constantly talking man, I'm sorry, I had to say honestly how it feels, people here state how smart it is and knowledgeable and I get it but we can sign a paper we are adults and go for peace.
