On Tuesday morning of March 12, 2019 my wife arrived at the benevolence clinic in Anahiem for a dental appointment at 9:45 AM. to see Dr. Ann Hoang, and my wife was denied services because she was 45 minutes late, she explained that our drive time from Perris to Anaheim was a bumper to bumper circumstance due to two accidents on the road. Normally the drive time is about one hour with no traffic, she ended up taking 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive, and after two requests to convince the doctor to consider her long distance trip and taking the day off she (Ann Hoang) strictly denied to provide services on a filling, that (my wife) required. I discourage any one reading this comment from making appointments with this clinic. I am also a patient of this clinic and the only reason I am forced to go there is because, some of the crowns they placed on me, keep falling off constantly and, because I had them ordered and placed there at the Anaheim office, and no other clinic will glue them back on, I am cursed to stay with them. Dr. Ann Hoang could have made a onetime exception considering there were no other patients waiting, but as a lesson of punishment for being late she denied services to my wife with no questioned asked. One other thing to disclose is that all their dental equipment is old and outdated, not to mention filthy and broken in certain areas, hygiene is also questionable. Even Western Dental offices also accept Medical insurance and have newer equipment. If you must seek continued services from this office just confirm that it will not be Dr Ann Lourdes rendering your services, there are other dental doctors also there on...

My first appointment I waited in a room for an hour before the doctor came to speak with me. The referrals that they sent me to don’t return phone calls or they sent me to the wrong place for a referral. Tried to make a dentist appointment and they told me that they couldn’t finish my root canal because they didn’t start it. And that I needed to go back to the doctor the starred. However the doctor that started it was a specialist that I was referred to and they no longer take my Insurance. My initial reason for going to the doctor was because of knee pain. It’s been 6 months and still no resolution to the knee pain. I made an appointment and drove all the way to Compton from Anaheim to see a specify doctor and although I saw him in the back when I walked in they sent another doctor in to speak with me. She didn’t even look at my chart she talked at me. For the follow up to that appointinsooke with another doctor over the phone and his first question to me was “have you lost any weight?” Proceeded to offer me diet pills but only wanted to give me naproxen for the pain of a suspected meniscus injury after i mentioned to him that it didn’t work when the other doctor prescribed it to me months ago.

It has since been a month since that call and I scheduled an appointment with the doctor that I like to visit and they called me the day off to cancel the appointment. I’ve been calling every day since. No answer and no return phone call. I’ll be submitting a formal complaint to the California medical board. This place needs to be shut down....

I called to see when my kids was due for vaccines and they said they didn't know. What??? I told the lady what do you mean you don't know? You work there don't you have the records? I asked if she could check, she said "no". What??? OK I'm moving my kids to nother clinic. This is unacceptable.

I went to this clinic because I had an eye infection and when I got inside to get seen the lady who saw me was really rude. I told her what had happened and told her if I can can some pink eye eyedrops. She said yeah I'll give them to you. Nurse Vyen was rude from the beginning and said that I needed a physical. I told her can you just give me medicine for my eye for now please because that's what I came for, but she kept being rude and saying I needed to move an appointment for a physical. Then when I leave I get to the front desk to complain about her rudeness I find out she is just a nurse practitioner. So why is she being mean and acting like a real doctor.
