I am pretty understanding of a lot in travel.. we have stayed here 5 times prior and loved it. I have told close friend this was a “hidden gem”. It is now a full blown mess. 175.00 a night to have my skin crawl?!

If you are looking for a hotel that does not offer any basic room service at all, this is the one you should check. The only 2 good things about this hotel is that it only takes <10 minutes to drive to Disney and people at the front desk are very nice and helpful. We booked a 2-room suite but soon found out only one of them has a door. The hotel is old and the interiors are in bad shape. All electrical outlets cannot even hold plugs properly and they drop to the ground every couple of minutes. Carpets are extremely dirty and have chewing gum on them! The worst thing is the room service, as they did not clean our room at all for 4 days straight even after we requested it 3 times. On the third night we ran out of towels and had to go to the front desk to request more towels. Those towels ended up being a huge pile in the small bathroom, nobody ever bothered to take them away for the duration of our stay. This is the worst experience I ever had in any hotels I’ve been in my life.

The experience I had in this place was horrible. We arrived around 12am to check in around 1:30am, the phone in the room started ringing, I couldn't answer it, then around 2am it rang again and I answered and all I could hear was static. so I hung up the phone after it was 3:30am and it rang again and my girlfriend answered and it was still no one so we went out to tell the reception that they were not letting us sleep that they are calling the room to which she asked us what What room number we were in and we told her the number and she told us that this happened in that room but that it was fixed by disconnecting the phone. We went back to the room to disconnect it but the surprise was that the phone was disconnected and kept ringing so we went to tell them That kept happening and they moved us rooms because of what was happening, they gave us a room that even had hair in the refrigerator, so that was my experience in this hotel, very bad.

Stay here if you want to be misled about ammenities, excessive noise at 2-4 AM, rusty plumbing fixtures, and a business owner that doesn't respond to complaints or stand by their business. ||||In short, I stayed here for business in March. For $200 a night, I expect an acceptable room condition. The pictures online look good. It is FAR from what the place actually looks like. You walk in to a front door that is perpetually ajar to a front desk covered by plexiglass and steel bars (yikes), a breakfast area that doesn't serve breakfast due to Covid (It's March 2023; Covid is over), a Sauna that doesn't exist (again, blamed on Covid), and the room...whoa. There is a price list on the wall for all of the items if they are broken or stolen, down to the $25 smoke detector and $3 washcloth. Again, this is a $200 a night hotel room, not $15/hour. ||||The paint was bubbling, fixtures were rusty and dirty, shower handle was soo loose you couldn't adjust the temperature, and the desk was large enough for a child to work at. ||||The worst part was someone trying for nearly 30 seconds to get into my room. They kept trying the key card and pushing the door, despite the door number being at eye-level. ||||I'm a deep sleeper. So deep that my wife says it's actually unsafe (in the event of an emergency). At 2:34 AM the first night, I woke to loud foot steps and furniture moving. I kindly called in a complaint on my cell phone because the room phone didn't even have a cord (is this even legal?). The room above quieted down for a bit. I then awoke again at 3:33 AM to the same noise. I called and this time I was upset. The front desk employee got short with me when I said that if he didn't put a stop to this, I'd call the police to deal with it. Why? Because they made my initial 8 different sections of a contract, one of which noted no excessive noise or partying. At 3:30 AM, you should not be stomping around. It's completely inconsiderate. ||||I ended up checking out the next morning. I've never done this in my adult life. It was that bad. ||||Add insult to injury, the hotel said they'd refund me for the second night and to contact the owner "Anna" by email about getting the first night comped. I wrote her a long, detailed email and sent a follow-up 2 days later. I also tried to call her 3 times. No response. Anna clearly doesn't care about what she advertises or about any of her guests. ||||This place is misrepresented in many ways. It's unsafe, not clean, not nearly as luxurious as it looks online, and does not really provide anything acceptable in my mind. ||||I ended up spending more to stay at the Cambria, closer to the convention center. At the time, Lemon Tree had 3.7 stars on Google and the Cambria had 3.9 stars. In my mind, the Cambria was a 50-star hotel compared to The Lemon Tree. STAY AWAY from this place. Check out my pictures if you don't believe me about the...

I have been here at the lemontree for over a week and been in 2 of the rooms during my stay and can only comment on what I've seen and the experiences I've had during the time here.

I've read the reviews and will agree that during a transitional time a business goes through during reconstruction and remodeling, things are never going to be at 100%, however for me coming here with that in mind (as they clearly state on any website you go to when making reservations) they have still far surpassed my expectations in almost every way. First off the staff are exceptional. I mean truly an awesome team of people with one common goal and that is to accommodate the guests and make them happy which is very rare in the so called "hospitality" industry that is ever so misleading by the name.... So when staying here I can assure you that each employee that I have dealt with from the maids, the maintenance, security, and front desk have left me with awesome impressions of their customer service which makes the stay here that much better. *Antonio in the front is most definitely a lifesaver for my kids and myself. Going above and beyond to help us out when needed. You're awesome. *Roger one of the guys who I believe is maintenance also saved me after leaving my lights on over night, did not hesitate to assist me with jump starting my car when I was in a hurry! Thanks again guys!

The first room we were in was the family suite which I absolutely loved. It offers 2 separate rooms and a kitchen as well as a balcony with 2 sliding doors that can be accessed by both Rooms. The beds were awesome, I had the king size bed, my daughter had a queen size and my son opted for the sofa bed. They rooms were clean and all appliances worked and all linens were white and stain free.

Because we needed to extend our stay and my son went with his dad for the week, my daughter and I moved into a standard king which obviously is much smaller but again no complaints.

The pool is very nice and the temp is perfect allowing us the option for night swimming unlike some pools that are ice cold the min the sun goes down. I like the Jacuzzi however the jets aren't working and therefore no bubbles ;( but not a big deal.

For what is offered and the prices they charge I am very satisfied and grateful for the lemontree. My kids love it. The location is perfect and I will always recommend it to...

Nothing This place is shameful. Disgusting front desk agents. The Asian guy in the morning, I believe his name was Mark he hid his name tag when I asked his name. He spoke to me as if he was off higher rank than I when in fact technically you were working to serve me. He had the whole eye roll and head roll thing going on. He spoke to me pointing his finger towards my face as if he was scolding me. He spoke with such hate and attitude you would think he hated his life and job. He tried to tell me i was doing all these things wrong and I want even there all day or night. He said he's been easygoing on the camera the whole time which is really quite creepy. He got loud and proud with me and he didn't even have to do all that. I asked him if he was phillipino cus usually we aren't like that. That same day he told another customer which little did he know I knew her the whole situation between us. He was talking shit about me to another customer!!! Like are you serious??? Which he lied about must of the encounter. Also later on that day he told my brother the same thing even showed him pictures of my room and everything!!! That right there is disgusting to me. He should be ashamed and fired and I hope he reads this. You are a disgrace to our culture. A few days later I woke up late so i had asked for late check out and told them to take out out of the deposit. Must I remind you late check out begins after 12pm. At 12:01 this the maid tried to come in and i told her I paid for late check out and do not come in. 5 minutes later she tried to come in again. A minutes later some short Hispanic man came pounding in my door again telling me to get out which again I had to explain to him I paid and he told me no one told him. Well in sorry but lack of communication from your former employees is not my fault . Another 5 minutes late a Caucasian man I guess from the front desk came pounding on my door to tell me to get the he'll out too and pounded on my...
