I went into Victra Verizon located in Andalusia and had the worst experience ever. On Aug 1st I went to pick up the IPhone 14 ProMax, along with a charger and screen protector. Adrian was who I spoke with and bought everything from. When she put my screen protector on, the edge of it was in the middle of my camera lens and I knew this would most likely affect the clearness of pictures. Adrian insisted that it wouldnāt, but to call her if it did so that she could ship me a new one. I get home, and realize the screen protector is made for the IPhone 13, completely the wrong phone. I also realized, she gave me the wrong phone charger. Adrian said I needed the USB-C charger, but it doesnāt fit into the port on my IPhone. I live 2 hours away from Andalusia, this is not an easy drive. After visiting my Verizon store back home, I was informed I canāt return my purchases with them, and it would have to be through aviators Verizon in Andalusia. So I called the store and spoke with Adrian over the phone. She was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. She insisted she didnāt give me the wrong charger, and that the Dothan Verizon location was just trying to āget me to buy something from themā. She then told me she couldnāt help me, because she was busy at the store, and other customers needed help. I am a paying customer too. Adrian told me I had to text her personal phone number and she would get back with me when she could. This is unprofessional, and I am extremely frustrated. I paid over $160 for items that are NOT even made...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStore opened at 10 today and we were here at that time as were other people.. The problem is that The manager Bridget helped 1 customer then got up and left the store literally got into her car and drove to the restaurant across the parking lot and got lunch and I mind you guys this is only an hour after the store opened.. Again I don't know everything that occurred but what I do know is that the store is full as we speak and there are only two representatives in the building 1 of which is still 3 and a half hours later helping the same customers she started with and the other woman has helped 2 and is on her 3rd now .. Anyway Bridget the manager came back from lunch which I asked her about and she denied, lol.. I told her ma'am I took a picture of you eating then showed her and she lost her stuff on me,lmfao.. So I'm in the truck writing this review because my wife is trying to get this nightmare over with but these people at the Verizon/Victra store located in Andalusia Alabama are hands down the absolute worst and I advise that you avoid them at any cost.. My wife's still sitting in the waiting area and we're going on 4 hours, SMH.. I watched 4 customers walk out complaining aside from myself.. Be Aware!!! Be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI usually do not post reviews, but after a month of going back & forth with this store, I have to warn others. STAY AWAY FROM DOING IN-STORE TRADE INS!!!!! The two girls in store (Adrianne & Carmen) are completely clueless regarding their jobs. They failed to mail my trade-in device which caused an almost $500 charge on my account. After receiving the bill in the mail, I go in store and speak to Adrianne regarding this. She tells me nothing can be done in store, so I have to call 611 to speak to a Verizon representative. She tells me she will let the manager know of my issues and have her contact me when she returns to work the next day. Never heard from the manager.
After speaking to numerous Verizon representatives, I was informed the store in Andalusia is NOT a corporate store. It is a locally owned business that does not have to follow the same rules as corporate stores. All representatives stated to NEVER do business in this store (or any non-corporate store), and to go directly through the website. After weeks of dealing with customer service, they were finally able to straighten this out.
Posting this as a warning to others, DO NOT USE THE ANDALUSIA...
