Taco Bell — Restaurant in Andalusia

Just left Taco Bell and encountered kit and Harold. Kit lied and said there was cantina chicken on my burrito, so I took it back. The first one, the chicken, was dry. The second one was regular chicken. I paid for tomatoes and got 4 ome the first one. They had to remake it this time they didn't put any cheese. I go back didn't even ask for a refund just an exchange to a quesadilla with double the chicken and Harold decides he wants to butt in and get an attitude and say we can't give you double the chicken even the you just messed up my burrito twice. He said we would give you a refund after I said I didn't want one. This taco bell is horrible. The front counter has no employee working there, so everyone is just waiting. I had to yell to the back twice, and still no one responded. The nice guy from Drive thru helped me, and then finally kit came. If this is what Tacala is doing, then they might as well shut this down. Those employees are always rude, and the wait time is always ridiculous, and there is always something wrong with the food. #tacalainc Yall look at that burrito and tell me if those two chickens look the same. I ordered 2 Nacho Bell Grande combos with Pepsi. They asked me to pull up and wait, I was fine with that. I pulled up behind a car that was waiting also. When they brought out her food it was not what she ordered. The girl tried to tell the waiter but they went back inside. I pulled up and waited for my order, when it was brought out it was a small bag. I knew before I looked it was wrong. I said "you got the wrong order",I explained what I ordered. The waiter made a face at me and said "what do you want me to do ". I said I would like you to bring me what I ordered please. Several minutes later a young girl came out with the same bag and said she was sorry but this is what your ordered , and tried to hand it to me. I showed her my ticket and said that was not what I ordered. I had already sat there 22 minutes. She handed it to and said she was busy. If I wasn't trying to control my temper that waiter would have gotten one talking to she would not forget. We went through the drive thru due to the dining room being closed. There were 2 cars in front of us. They ordered and got their food. Meanwhile we are still waiting to order. No one ever came over the intercom. Now there are 2 or 3 cars behind us at this point. I get out of my vehicle and walk to the window and knock. No one ever comes to the window. I call the restaurant and no one ever answers. I happen to see a car with a couple of people around on the other side of the restaurant. Well guess who.. all the taco Bell employees sitting on the car and smoking. I asked if they were going to take our order and they made out like they didn't know we were here. Ok well what about the other cars in line that you can plainly see them waiting in the drive thru line.. Needless to say if I were the manager I would find me a new night crew. I have managed several restaurants in my life and I understand going to smoke but dang all of you at once while you have 3 cars in the drive thru line waiting to...
