Only giving two stars because it was clean & updated, and the clerk was nice. I walk in and see that it is set up a little differently. There is a worker helping someone pay for their meal and I stand back waiting to be helped. I observe another woman behind her who was casually dressed who appeared to maybe the Manager and working on some paperwork. When the worker called on me she asked If I had a pick up order.?? I responded No, but before I could finish my sentence the woman behind her began to rudely exclaim that if I wanted to order a sandwich I needed to start on the other side. I thanked her and explained that I was aware and that the worker called me up so I came up to the counter. She had a scoul on her face and began to tell me that she was new and didn't know any better. I thought that was very rude, but I proceeded down to the other side so that she could help me there. The worker seemed taken by surprise by her comment as well and apologized to me. I ordered a Subway club which consists of ham, turkey, and roast beef . Since the worker was new she had not been trained on what goes on every sandwich she began to ask the manager she immediately Got upset and came over to take over as if she was a bother. She proceeded to finish my sandwich with an attitude and was upset that I said thank you and would not speak to me any further. At the core of it I feel sorry for the new worker who is merely there trying to learn how to make the sandwiches and if you are frustrated by the way that she doesn't know maybe you should take some separate time out to help her learn And train her on making the sandwiches. It is not the time in front of the customer too be annoyed by a worker that is working for you and trying to do her job. It was out of line and for that very reason as good as the sandwich was I will not return not return and she needs to not is not be over an establishment if she has a problem helping her workers. But when we ordered, the guy was pretty rude and the vegetables they literally skimped on and literally only put a couple pieces of onion and a couple pieces of bell pepper and jalapeño and banana pepper. I did not ask for any more than what he put on because I was afraid that they would charge me. When we got to the register, I had a coupon on the app for four dollars off and he said that I had points for two dollars off and I scanned my app and told him no there’s four dollars. He said he can only do two. I clicked on my app to use the four dollars. My daughter and I were traveling from Florida to here and Alabama and then heading home to Mississippi. This was a terrible experience. His coworker was even rude. Oh, and there’s not even any of the white paper that they put between the wrapper and the sandwich.. he did not even ask us if we wanted drinks or chips. The line consisted of 1 guest who had placed his order of maybe 5 to 6 subs all footlongs. There was 1 young lady present at counter ONLY...... She NEVER looked up or acknowledged us. 6 pf us came into restaurant so we were well visible. She never said hello welcome....just a min.....NOTHING....we waited because as I said she had an order of maybe 5 or 6 footlongs. If the time is added up thats how long we stood in building amd nothing was said. I then changed my mind. I wouldn't dare allow an unpleasant person fix food for me. Horrible customer service. After she finished with that 1 customer a young man came from.the back......previously also never acknowledging more guest in building....
