Snooty Fox Clothing for Women, Men and Children — Local services in Anderson Township

We had a very disappointing experience here. When we walked in, the woman with glasses didn’t greet or acknowledge us at all. We came to follow up on payment for a twin bed frame we consigned (one of six items), but instead of being helpful, she was immediately rude and dismissive. We gave her our information, and when she said she couldn’t find it, she offered no effort to help and just said, “What do you want me to do?” She asked if we wanted to speak to the manager but never brought the manager out, just went to the back and came back saying she couldn’t do anything. I even showed her a picture of the bed frame and asked if she had any idea what it might’ve sold for, since it clearly wasn’t in the store anymore. Her response? “I don’t know.” No effort, no apology, no professionalism. To top it off, she rudely said, “Take a look around, we probably haven’t sold it,” as if we were accusing them of something. Her tone throughout the entire interaction felt condescending and dismissive, like she thought she was above us. To the lady whom wears glasses and worked last Friday(7-21) in the Hyde Park location- shame on you. Your lack of professionalism in talking to my daughter (a potentially new customer of whom I recommended she go to you all As I have done for years) is utterly disgraceful and completely rude. First- Snooty Fox is a consignment store, NOT a high luxury boutique. It’s overpriced consignment. The manner in which you “looked her over”, addressed her like she was 12, and THEN proceeded to tell her that her items “looked like she didn’t take care of her personal belongings” … no words. As a current customer I am totally ashamed of you. Is this they way you always operate with your other potential clients? The way in which you “degraded” my daughter, in front of people in the store when she just wanted to have you look at the work clothes(luxury and name brands that you currently carry) and become a client, I can only imagine listening to your tone that this isn’t the only time you have done that. I have RARELY give anyplace such a low rating.... I have been shopping at the Symmes, Blue Ash, Mariemont and Beechmont locations for many years. The clothing and furniture is always beautiful, carefully examined and chosen to satisfy the most discriminating consignment boutique shoppers! Up-to-date styles, top notch labels, incredible selection at all locations, with affordable prices! Why 2 stars?? These locations hire some workers who do not know how to treat customers with respect. They loudly gossip about their customers and off-duty co-workers. They make fun of people's rejected clothing items. They laugh and critique customers as they make clothing choices. They discuss their private lives and absent customers lives.
