You have a young man at the Beechmont location who insists on wearing a piece of Masonic jewelry that one of your customers sold to you. I explained to him that the right to wear that has to be earned by being a mason and his comment was “ I don’t see anyone stopping me”. These folks went out of there way to help. Great customer experience as far as friendliness towards the customer. Surprised me when I saw the storefront and went inside because it’s a lot different than their Florence, Ky location (where I’ve had a ring re-sized).
