Update. I went again today now that it’s 8 months later and I had a great experience. My food was ready on time. It was hot and delicious. The two employees working were very nice and quick. If I have this good of an Experience again I will update to 5 stars and might make it my go to chicken place. I love the new tenders btw.
(Old review.) Went to check it out yesterday. I put in my order on the app. The app says it would be ready in 20 minutes. I show up 25 minutes later and I’m told it would be another 20 minutes. I’m just standing there for 20 minutes watching the people in the back stand around. Not knowing what to do and no one doing anything as the lobby just fills up with people waiting for food. Took another 20 minutes and I finally got my tender and fries. That’s all I ordered and it took that long. The whole 20 min wait no other orders went out. They are extremely slow. I hope this is just cause it’s new. But they really need to train their workers. Cause they looked like lost children just standing there scratching their head like what do I do with this? I had my order ready by the time I picked it up, but when opening the food, it was ice cold and disappointing. The chicken sandwich is soggy with the breading not being anywhere near crispy or the sense of being done and my voodoo fries were as appealing as me air frying my own fries with cheddar cheese slices on it with some paprika and letting it sit for an hour in the fridge. The entire order was less than appetizing and only ate it out of obligation for paying for it. The kitchen was properly staffed with what I counted to be 7 people, but they seemed to have scurried off to the corners when there was a line forming behind me. The fryers were being worked, but from the taste of it, they don't seem to be functional or even on. Maybe I just got fries that were made from this morning? Read morePlaced a mobile order on the app for a boneless meal deal. The deal was like $17 and enough to feed 2 people, so it was a good deal. I took a little while to get to Wingstop, and I was scared my food would be cold. Oh boy was I mistaking 😂. I got there and waited for 30 minutes. The inside was totally full so I had to wait outside the building among many other people. The cashier was on his phone texting while we have all of these people waiting for their food. He had no social awareness. I understand if that's his position and he can't go back and help them, but he should at least step away from customers view. I went up and asked him if my order was in and gonna be ready soon and he just looked up from his phone at me and said "15 minutes" without checking or anything 🤦🏼♀️. I understand having a busy day.
