I purchased a washer and dryer set on Saturday 08/26 to be delivered 08/28 between 3-4. They arrived at 4:30 with the wrong washer and dryer set that did not fit in the intended space. I followed them back to the business and the set I originally purchased was gone and the other sets were not similar to the ones I purchased. Due to this, I politely requested a refund and was immediately denied. They said that it was our fault the washer and dryer didn't fit even though they sent the incorrect one to begin with. I even said I can change the door to swing the opposite way had they sent the correct set. Then they said they could send a check refund within 30-60 days. This was a red flag and seemed like a way to wait out the allowed dispute time frame. I asked him to put this in writing to which he denied. I requested a similar set to be delivered and was promised a call back this morning. I never received a call back so I called them myself at noon. The owner wasn't available and I was told I'd receive a call back within 2 hours. I didn't. I called my bank to see what they feel would be the best plan of action and they filed a dispute. I then immediately received a call from the owner saying I can pick up my refund the next day. Today we came into get our refund and they tried to only give $1200 out of $1402.50. We had to drive back to get the receipt. Then they wanted to dock the $75 delivery fee, again blaming us for measurements when again they sent us the wrong set anyways.

After two days of wasting gas driving back and forth, and being talked down to, and arguing, I finally received my full refund. He did tell me that he has a no refund policy. I would have never purchased here had I known that anyways. If you believe in what you sell, refunds and returns shouldn't be an issue. These people are not to be trusted and do not know how to...

Update 11/10/21 I called Monday the 8th inform my dryer went out because it was only 4 days since warranty expired it was repaired under warranty. Used dryer today work fine. Repair man contacted me the next day came out fix it Tuesday. He was very professional and advise on what I needed to have fix with my vent by my apartments. Going that extra mile will be the reason I will do business again with them. Update 11/6/21 the dryer stop working two days after the warranty expire. I havent used the dryer much. I expected it to last longer than a month. Will check to see if it can be repaired. When purchasing used just be mindful it's not new and likely may have issues. This review strictly off the customer service. The lady that help was awesome. I dont remember her name but she answered all my questions. I was amazed at her level of professionalism especially knowing she recently lost her mother. The fact she doing her job while grieving was very patient answer all my questions I appreciate. I purchase a washer and dryer. It will be delivered Monday. I'll see how they work and update this review at that time. Update 10/05/21 items where delivered 10/04 the guys that delivered where amazing they test products before leaving found a problem with my outlet for the dryer which could've cause a fire.
