Can this place not get an order right, I rarely eat here and this is why, they always get order wrong, usually when your in a hurry(Lunch rush). So what is this new impossible whopper... LOL. I have to admit I was pretty excited about a meatless option and couldn't wait to try especially after everything I had read and all the ads I saw on TV. If the people in the ads really cannot tell this wasn't beef and I don't know what they've been eating all their lives, it look like it has been cut out with a cookie cutter.

Normally I always come here every couple weeks same thing with the chicken sandwiches and this time I got a few more items, Asked Only No mayo as someone in the house has a mayo allergy, had mayo on it. Plus they forgot the second sandwich the first time so, after going back through, they forgot the lettuce onion on it also.

I went through the drive through at this location today Stood in a stand still for 15 minutes so I requested a refund. Then the young lady at the window says I told the manager what you said and he said he is fixing to move the line up. So I finally get to the window and I told the manager I requested a refund. He says my broiler was down and I had to fix it. I didn't get an I'm so sorry you had to wait, or may I offer you a free drink or pie for your wait. Can someone tell me how our younger generation is supposed to learn from the older generation and the older generation don't know how to act accordingly.. Never again will I ever visit this location.. Very poor inadequate management... No leadership skills...

Food is either NEVER CORRECT or MISSING. Ask for cheese, get the burger with no cheese, ask that they don't add the pickles and get pickles anyways. Almost let me leave without having all my food in the bag, had to turn around and get my chicken sandwiches, which they did catch this time! Thank God I wasn't charged for the cheese tonight. Two days ago it was the same (although my orders are always the same) but my rodeo burgers had no cheese on them when I asked for cheese. I love the ppl the service just sucks! Either missing food or you're not going to get it the way you ordered and I wish I could post a pic of this burger from tonight smh.. They have lost my business...

Had a bad experience with the people not hearing us on the loud speakers. Got a little frustrated cause I thought I was being rude by speaking louder. So I said something very rude to a really nice woman that works there. Turns out she really couldn't hear me, and I really couldn't hear her. So we both got upset with eachother for no reason. Things where said. Went there tonight and apologized for my words, as did she. Such a swallow your prude moment, but very satisfied we both did. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ So basically give the new speakers a moment to figure themselves out!!!! BK ain't that bad!!! Thanks Red!!!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️ you know who I'm talking about!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ much...
