Fuji Express — Restaurant in South Carolina

Ive been coming here for years and I'm beyond disappointed in the service lately. Rude is an absolute understatement. But this last trip may just be my last. First of all I called an order in at 9 I work in a dispatch center so I didn't get to leave til 915 I get a call around 920 from there. The attitude was made aware as soon as I answered. Then I proceed to apologize but considering it was 920 I'm sorry I had 10 mins til the time the business states it closes. Im aware that it was closer to closing than I liked to get there but things happen. Don't call me and demand when will I be there especially after I stated I was sorry and that I'm almost there. Rude first and foremost 2nd off the customers are who keep you in business carrying an attitude like that is no way to keep people coming. I absolutely love the food but this makes 3 times recently ive dealt with the same attitude for absolutely no reason. Then I pull to the window at 924 925 and the guys were shaking their heads like it was an issue. Again I'm highly disappointed in the attitude. Ive worked in the food service before and no matter what you don't act that way to customers....

This use to be my favorite restaurant until today I order my same hibachi steak and rice and my fiancee always get hibachi chicken well when the girl brought the good i haves already mixed my meat with my rice them i took a bite my rice was burnt and so was my fiancee we told the manager who was right nasty with his attitudes he came got the plates. Then he brought back the same plates with the burned rice and the good mixed up in the plate and then brought us separate plates with rice on them instead of giving us fresh plates of food excuse my language they treated us like bums and so we left the food on the table i went to the register paid for the drinks told the manager which was a white guy i wanted to the manager number he said hew as the manager so I said i want the owners. He told me no this guy very rude and disrespectful i will never eat here again while he...

My grandpa and I went there about 6-7 pm it was my second time eating there, and his first. We get the steak and shrimp plates. 2 minutes go by we get our food. Everything looked okay. I eat most of mine and my stomach starts hurting. I went to the bathroom to see if I just had to go, I threw up, thankfully I made the toilet. I wasn't going to write a review but my grandpa has been sick all night. And my stomach is turned today too... My grandpa was very upset for the cost of 30 dollars. The service was good, just not...
