Horrible experience. The young lady making my sandwiches got my order wrong. When I pointed out the mistake, she shoves a receipt in my face that proved my point. I go outside to get my husband to see if he was willing to take the sandwich she messed up, she proceeds to get apologetic. I inform her that her shoving a receipt in my face was disrespectful, and all I wanted was my sandwich but she decided to be rude instead. She takes off to the back to cry. Along comes some boy that works there, and he proceeds to point a knife at me telling me I need to calm the hell down. Mind you, I wasn't yelling or carrying on. When the young lady comes back, she apologized again then tells me I need to find Jesus "because I blew up and there were children present". Like I said before, I did not. Then, she proceeds to hold up the soggy sandwiches and ask me if I still want them, filling and condiments dropping onto the floor. That about sealed it for me. Holly, one of the workers there made it right and remade the order. She was kind from beginning to end. Also, Christy the manager was helpful and tried to do her best to rectify the situation. This other two workers need to be FIRED, ESPECIALLY THE ONE WHO POINTED HIS KNIFE AT ME. I will never...

Happen to be in there one evening ordering dinner for the family and a gentleman that I have known for many years order a sub and once he finished with the order he asked the young lady to make him another sub and her response was you could have told me you wanted another one before I finished the first one. The way she said it was very rude and degrading to him. He asked that since she worked there wasn't it her job to make what the customer asked for? She got very smart as well as he responded with a few words himself and then told him that she or anyone else would not be making his second Sub. My 16 year old son who was inside with me could not believe that she was treating a customer that way. By this time my daughter who was in the car could tell something was going on so she came inside and also could not believe the way she was treating him. After calming the customer down we advise her that she was wrong for the way she treated him and her response was that she could care less about it and she didn't care if we advise her manager or not because she would be back tomorrow working as if she was untouchable. I hope she reflects back on her actions and I hope she doesn't treat her family in...

I ordered this foot long turkey sub and bread wasn't done. It was served to me white looking. We tried it. The dough was chewy and not done. I took to counter to the lady and told her. She said she count do anything for me. Her boss had made the bread that morning and none of it was cooked done. She said she even has a hard time cutting the bread herself. I asked for different bread. She couldn't change it. Also no refund on it. The other lady working offered to toast the sandwich for me. I let her try that. But it just got burnt on top. The bread was still chewy and doughy and not done. I asked her for my receipt. She says she throws them away. She finally printed me a duplicate but it wasn't for my order. Usually have great service here. Haven't seen this different lady her before. She wasn't helpful at all. Usually a young gentlemen is working there and provides great service....
