We bought furniture there a few years ago. We had purchased there for years and sent a lot of people to them. The last time we purchased 2 of the chairs that we purchased were bad. After a few weeks of waiting and chairs being swapped out a couple times with the issue remaining and very noticeable, (even their employees were shocked that the repair wasnt done properly) I ask anyway to switch to another manufacturer. The entire time my wife and I were extremely patience. The owner of Gibson furniture called me and said " we are just gonna refund your money and don't come back to our store". Obviously we will never go back after spending several thousand dollars on two different visits over 5 years and having friends and family go there. Since then we have been buying from Bradens Furniture in Knoxville Tn. Quality is much better and price is extremely competitive. They are also very customer friendly and eager to help. We just purchased two queen size tempur pedic beds from Gibson’s Furniture. The staff was friendly and Maria was very helpful. We also purchased two new bed frames that are beautiful! We just couldn’t be happier with our new beds!

The two men who delivered and set up our beds were fantastic. They were prompt and so polite. It didn’t take them very long to have everything done. And, we’re so happy with everything!

We highly recommend Gibson’s Furniture! They have an assortment of furniture to choose from. Their prices are competitive with other furniture stores.
