AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We had our daughters 5th birthday party at Jumpers and it was such an amazing time! We were able to come in and decorate as little or as much as we wanted, which we loved! They offered help with set up and even let us come TWO hours early to set up the party room! We were able to bring a Pinata for the party, which was a huge hit! The adults even had quite a bit of fun on the obstacle course, we did races, which I highly recommend! They gave us extra time to take down the decorations and let the kids play while we worked. All around best experience I've had in awhile with any company! Thank you Tonya and your beautiful family for such a MEMORABLE experience for my family and friends!

Extra perk: Tonya sent me pictures of the ENTIRE EVENT! As a mom, this means the world to me! I was super focused on the moment and trying to accommodate everyone and make sure no little detail gets skipped (except pictures 🤦). So I was so THANKFUL, that when I arrived home that night, she had sent me almost 200 photos and some videos of my baby and all the memories we created while there! I cannot express enough how much FUN we truly had and how thankful we are for Jumpers! Can't wait til June for my little man's...

We recently hosted Spring Fling for our town and decided to use Jumpers Party Rentals for our event. We had heard good things about them, they have a brick and mortar in our town, and we wanted to see for ourselves. The quality of the items we rented was excellent. The dunking booth was clean and sturdy, and the tent was exceptional. They actually gave us a free upgrade due to the weather the night before. The customer service was top-notch; they were friendly and responsive to all our questions.

The delivery was right on time, and the setup crew was very professional. They made sure everything was arranged perfectly and even gave us tips on how to use the equipment safely. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service and items we received. We felt like we got great value for our money.

We had a birthday party at their new indoor location in Andrews, NC and will absolutely be back for the next and the next. From the time we booked the party on the phone, to us actually considering cancelling the day before the party for so many of our guests being sick and not able to come, Tonya was so very accommodating and willing to work with us if we had to cancel. We didn't and decided we'd go through with the party, and we were beyond happy we did. The place is so clean, so spacious, and literally fun for all ages. The staff was more than helpful in anything we needed during set up, or along the time of our birthday party. The best indoor location for kids and adults to have fun in this county.
